My name is Emi Ordás and I´m an artist from Madrid.
I was born in Argentina in 1985 and I´ve been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil....

I studied Graphic Design at Nueva Escuela de Diseño y Comunicación, where I learned to manage most of the techniques and materials I use nowadays, such as water colors, acrylics, oils, pencils, markers, photography and digital.

As soon as I realized that this was my passion, I decided to make it my job, starting my career as a Tattoo Artist at the age of 16. After a couple of years painting on anyone who came into my life, I got the chance to publish my first book and after that there was no stopping me.

As you will see, my work is constantly changing and evolving as I´m always looking for new styles and ways to tell a story. In my professional experience I´ve worked in many fields such as advertising, animation, videogames, toy and game design, branding and most recently in apps. Over the last few years I´ve been working as a professional illustrator, publishing more than 250 books in Argentina, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA, Canada, Spain, Belgium and UK.
